Accessibility Statement

Kayama Dent invests effort and resources so that every patient receives equal, respectful, accessible and professional service. Accessibility coordinator: Mali Sapir, +972-52-592-6961.

Kayama Dent makes every effort and invests resources so that all its patients receive equal, respectful, accessible and professional service. In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the regulations under it, the required accessibility adjustments are made so that a person with a disability can receive the services offered to all patients, independently and on equal terms.

Accessibility at the clinics

Accessibility arrangements at the network clinics, as reported by the clinics. For Tel Aviv the details were provided by the clinic; at the other clinics the physical-accessibility details will be verified by a certified accessibility consultant, and until then we recommend calling before your visit (+972-52-592-6961) to check the details you need (accessible toilet, hearing aids, counter height, public transport):

  • Tel Aviv — 158 Menachem Begin Rd., clinic 404: the building entrance is accessible to people with disabilities, including disabled parking; an accessible toilet is on the office floor; the clinic is on a floor reached by lift. Service animals assisting a person with a disability are admitted.
  • Bnei Brak — 7 HaRav Kook St.: disabled parking on the street and nearby; continuous access from the entrance to the clinic; identification and direction signage; service animals assisting a person with a disability are admitted.
  • Kfar Saba — 119 Tchernichovsky St.: disabled parking on the street and nearby; continuous access from the entrance to the clinic; identification and direction signage; service animals assisting a person with a disability are admitted.
  • Netanya — 4 HaTzoran St., entrance 10: according to the accessibility arrangements published for the building — disabled parking in the surface car park, continuous access from the car park to the entrance, two lifts, step-free threshold; the clinic interior will be verified by a certified accessibility consultant; service animals assisting a person with a disability are admitted.
  • Haifa — 2 Sokolov St., Hadar: physical-access details are still to be verified — call before your visit; service animals assisting a person with a disability are admitted.

All clinics offer service adjustments for people with disabilities: a pre-arranged appointment with no waiting, accompaniment by another person, plain-language or written explanations, and extra time at the visit. Tell us what you need when booking.

Telephone line

The network call centre (+972-52-592-6961) is accessible, and you can also write to it on WhatsApp or through the form on the site.

Website accessibility

An accessible website is one that older people and people with disabilities can use with the same efficiency and enjoyment as everyone else. Kayama Dent believes in and works for equal opportunity online for people with a range of impairments and for those who use assistive technology.

About the site’s accessibility

  • This site meets the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.
  • Adjustments follow Israeli Standard SI 5568 (web content accessibility) level AA and the international WCAG 2.0 document, and were also checked against WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Tested for the highest compatibility in Chrome, and also in Edge, Safari and Firefox, on desktop and phone.
  • A semantic structure for assistive technology: one main heading per page, a heading hierarchy, navigation, content and footer landmarks, and a skip-to-content link on the first Tab.
  • Full keyboard operation in the usual pattern — Tab, Enter and Esc to leave menus — with a visible focus ring on every control.
  • Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for interface components; text scales to 200%.
  • Alternative text for every meaningful image; forms with labels and error messages announced to screen readers.
  • Page language and text direction declared for Hebrew, Russian, English, French, Spanish and Yiddish; no flashing animation or time limits.
  • For the best experience with a screen reader we recommend the current version of NVDA.
  • The site was tested with axe-core and by manual keyboard and screen-reader checks; it has not yet been audited by a certified accessibility consultant.

The clinic pages embed a Google map with an accessible title, and the full address appears as text next to it; the site embeds no videos. The “Google Maps” and Waze links open in a new window, which is stated next to the link.

Known exceptions

The latest check (14 September 2026, axe-core 4.10 plus manual checks of keyboard, focus, contrast and target size) found no automated violations. The manual check found three gaps from level AA; they were fixed the same day and are awaiting upload to the site:

  • The error message in the enquiry form did not identify the field in error (WCAG 3.3.1) — fixed: a message per field, linked to it.
  • Input borders in the form at 1.31:1 contrast (WCAG 1.4.11) — fixed to at least 3:1.
  • The success message in the form at 4.40:1 contrast (WCAG 1.4.3) — fixed to at least 4.5:1.

If you run into a difficulty, contact the accessibility coordinator (details below).
