Fixed teeth in one day — immediate-loading implants and oral rehabilitation, near you
Kayama Dent is a network of oral-rehabilitation clinics: five clinics — Tel Aviv, Bnei Brak, Kfar Saba, Netanya and Haifa — working to one protocol of guided implants and immediate loading, under the medical direction of Dr. Doron Koter. You leave the clinic with fixed teeth in your mouth — not a removable denture, and not months of waiting.

Is this for me?
Most people who come to us recognise themselves in one of these four situations.
My denture moves and embarrasses me
A removable denture that will not stay put when you eat or speak. It can be locked onto implants, or replaced with a fixed bridge.
My teeth are loose or broken
Advanced gum disease, worn teeth or leftover roots. Usually we can extract, place implants and fit a provisional bridge on the same day — provided the bone holds. The CT says that, not us.
I am missing a few teeth
A single implant or several, planned on a computer and placed precisely — usually without a large incision or stitches.
I dread a long process
You don’t want months without teeth or with a temporary denture. The immediate-loading protocol was built for exactly that.
Three fields, one goal: a mouth that works and looks natural
Immediate loading — teeth in a day
All-on-4, All-on-6 and full-arch rehabilitation: implants and a fixed provisional bridge on the same day, a permanent zirconia restoration after healing.
Guided dental implants
CT scan, digital planning of every implant position, and a printed surgical guide that steers the placement. Fewer incisions, less swelling, faster recovery.
Oral rehabilitation
Zirconia crowns and bridges, implant overdentures and complex rehabilitation — planning both jaws, the bite and the smile together.
How it works — five steps
Consultation & exam
A conversation, a clinical exam and a reading of your CT (referral to an imaging centre if you do not have one). You leave with a clear picture and options.
Digital planning
Every implant is planned on a computer according to the bone, the nerves and the smile you want.
Treatment day
Extractions (if needed), implants placed through the surgical guide, and a fixed provisional bridge — the same day.
Supervised healing
3–6 months while the implants fuse with the bone. Regular check-ups at your clinic, with one contact person.
The permanent restoration
Digital scan and fitting of the permanent bridge — zirconia or hybrid — for function and aesthetics.

One thing will not happen here: we will not promise you “teeth in a day” before we have measured implant stability on the day of surgery. In most cases it works out. In the minority — we switch to the delayed protocol, and we tell you that up front.
One network, one standard
Five clinics, one protocol
Tel Aviv, Bnei Brak, Kfar Saba, Netanya, Haifa. Same equipment, same stages, same check-up schedule — written down, not dependent on who is on shift.
Medical director — Dr. Doron Koter
A dentist focused on oral rehabilitation and implants. He sets the network protocol and follows the complex cases at every clinic.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is “teeth in a day”?
An immediate-loading protocol: the implants are placed and, on the same day, a fixed (non-removable) provisional bridge is attached to them. You leave the clinic with teeth. After 3–6 months of healing the provisional is replaced by the permanent bridge.
Who treats me — and who is responsible?
The network dentist at the clinic you chose places the implants and builds the restoration to the protocol, and every case plan is approved at the planning centre. The medical director, Dr. Doron Koter, follows the complex cases at every clinic. The warranty is the network’s.
How much is the first consultation?
The first consultation includes an exam, a reading of your CT (referral to an imaging centre, or your own scan) and a detailed explanation. The cost and what’s included — when you book. The quote for treatment itself is itemised and final, with no add-ons along the way.
Where are the network’s clinics?
Five clinics: Tel Aviv (the main clinic), Bnei Brak, Kfar Saba and Netanya in the centre, and Haifa (Hadar) in the north. Booking for all of them through one call centre; each clinic’s exact address and hours are given when you book.
Is the treatment the same at every clinic?
Yes. All clinics work to one clinical protocol set by the medical director, with the same planning equipment and the same check-up schedule. Complex cases are planned at the network planning centre and followed by Dr. Koter.
I’m 75. Is it too late?
Age by itself is not a limitation. What decides is general health and the amount of bone. Patients in their 70s and 80s undergo immediate loading routinely when conditions are right.
Can I bring someone to the consultation?
Please do. A partner, a grown-up child, whoever will remember what you forget. It is 45 minutes of a lot of information and most people get home not remembering half of it. You get the summary in writing either way.
Does the team speak English?
Hebrew — always. Any other language — English, Russian, French, Spanish, Yiddish — depends on the shift and on prior coordination with the call centre, subject to possibility and availability. Tell us at booking which language suits you and we fit you in where we can; no promise per clinic in advance.
Want to know if immediate loading is right for you?
A first consultation at any network clinic includes an exam, a reading of your scan and an explanation of the options — no obligation.
